As the Delegate for International Affairs (2005 – 2007), Hanna Muralt Müller intensified the exchange of information and experiences with the OECD countries. The aim was to evaluate the e-government activities of other states with a view to improving on those in Switzerland.
In particular, Hanna Muralt Müller represented Switzerland in the OECD Steering Group on the complementary areas of e-government work.
Mandated by the OECD Secretary in Paris, she assumed in 2007 the function of Peer Review in elaborating the e-government study ordered by the Belgian government.
She was responsible for the meeting of the Senior Officials from centres of government of the OECD countries, taking part in the invitation of the Swiss Federal Chancellor Annemarie Huber-Hotz in October 2007 in Bern.
